Join the
Boys & Girls Club of Eden
The Boys and Girls Club of Eden is a non-for-profit membership organization, serving youth from Eden
and the surrounding communities. Dues are kept low so that anyone who wishes to join can do so. Sign up and become a member today!
Membership forms for 2008-2009 are available "on-line" below. By submitting this form you agree to the terms and conditions of the Boys and Girls of Eden, Inc. Disclosure Agreement, herein displayed in this website.

Complete the club membership application
Mail or bring to the Club with membership fee.
Parents of children in grades 2-4 should accompany their child when
signing up for the Club
All memberships run from October 1 - September 30.
Age Requirements
All youth from age 7 (2nd grade) through 18 (grade 12) are eligible to become
full members of the club.
Midget Monday: is also open to youth age 6 (grade 1)
Membership Fee Schedule 2008- 2009
Normal full rates for entire year is:
Grades 2-8: $100.00 per program year
Grades 9-12: $50.00 per program year
Membership fee covers MOST programs. There are additional fees for some programs such as Midget Monday, traveling basketball and field trips.
If your family is eligible for the free or reduced lunch program in school, you are eligible for a scholarship to the Club. Contact Debbie Popple for more information at (716) 992-2702

Once the form has been open, to return back to the club's Website, simply click on the back button of your
browser (AOL, Netscape, IE, etc.)and you will return to club's Website where you
left off.
Please note that certain applications may have associated fees or requirements. Please read the instructions on the application carefully so that you may understand these requirements. In some applications, fees and/or signature from a notary may be required and must accompany your application.
